Home Staging
Thoughtful occupied staging helps your home photograph beautifully, highlights its strongest features, and make a memorable first impression on potential buyers.
Using primarily the furniture and accessories you have, suggesting what to store or move out, with possibly an inclusion of a few new items, I help buyers focus on the positives of your home and distract attention from the negatives. Listing photos must capture a buyer's attention before they set foot in your home. With your home staged to show its best features they won't be able to resist !
Options
Walk and Talk - $250
Two hours of helping you see through a buyer's eyes. Your house has served you well and memories have been made, BUT, what steps need to be taken to get you the MOST money for your most important asset? Want more assistance - just add the service of your choice below.
Half Day Staging - $350
Once Walk and Talk is complete we can schedule a three to four hour session to make your main spaces look as inviting as possible for the buyer! Using what you have, noting what needs to be removed, and what you've purchased or what I've purchased (see "Personal Shopper" below for details) we'll work to maximize the primary spaces of your home to appeal to buyers!
Full Day Staging - $600
After our Walk and Talk, I come for several hours to ensure your entire space is as inviting as possible and ready for your listing photographs! Using what you have, noting what needs to be removed, adding what you've purchased or what I've purchased (see "Personal Shopper" below for details) your online photos will SET your entire house apart from the rest, looking its best and be Open House READY!
Personal Shopper - $50 per hour
After our Walk and Talk, if you'd like ME to find furniture/rugs/accessories/artwork from retail stores to update your home and appeal to buyers, you'll just give me cash or a credit card for the purchases and
a-shopping I will go! This service can be added to any of the ABOVE packages. Getting the most bang for a buck is my Super Power!
