My Story

How happy I am to be back to my first love - Interior Design!  I earned my degree in Furnishings and Interiors, from the University of Georgia. From interning at ADAC in a very high-end furniture showroom, to serving as a decorator for JC Penney to freelance decorating, custom picture framing, and co-owning of a small furniture and home accessory store, I had a great variety of design experiences.

Life circumstances led to the need for a more consistent income and insurance, thus, I continued my learning in a different arena - education! Teaching gifted students was a perfect outlet for my creative side, problem solving, and was an ideal job for a mom of three busy boys! Along the way I earned a specialist degree in the area of Instructional Technology which continues to be beneficial!

There is a lovely overlap of skills in home staging /interior design and the instruction of gifted students! Given my natural eye for design, my formal training at UGA, my technological training, my experiences as a teacher and now my certification through Home Staging Resources, I am ready to stage homes to bring in the highest offers, or redesign rooms beautifully, practically, and efficiently. I'm also very excited to offer E-design to clients for a budget-friendly virtual option.

As a Home Stager, I will help potential buyers fall in love with your house, and help YOU to get the MOST money for your biggest asset!
